Inspection
At AUTOTOOL, we are committed to quality manufacturing. Because our manufacturing facility allows our production staff to manufacture and assemble equipment entirely in-house, we have the ability to effectively bring quality to our products. We strive to meet your approval and to exceed your standards.
Romer & Faro CMM Inspection
We posses a variety of portable and stationary CMM equipment used for inspection analysis and procedures.
Inspection Machines
We offer high accuracy quality assurance check fixtures that verify product features such as hole locations, surface dimensions and parallelism. If a certain manufactured product does not meet the required specifications, AUTOOOL's check fixtures will quickly detect and reveal the error.
Accuracy Data
Accuracy data is provided in the documentation package, if required. Inspection features and location datums are clearly indicated. The easy to read data includes design value, actual value and deviation from nominal. Values are referenced to a 3 dimensional Cartesian coordinate.
