Electrical Design
Another key element behind the success in AUTOTOOL’s services is the staff of highly qualified electrical engineers and technicians that excels in many different areas ranging from electrical hardware design, PLC / HMI programming, robot programming and manufacturing electrical control panels. Our electrical staff also provides training to maintenance, production and other necessary personnel on new equipment to ensure thorough and comprehensive operational and maintenance procedures
HMI Programming
Human Machine Interfaces are designed for ease of operation. Some features may include equipment status, system diagnostics, operation procedures and manuals to assist in troubleshooting.
PLC Programming
Electrical control systems are programmed to customer requirements. Programming is integrated to ensure maintainability, minimize downtime and optimize efficient production. AUTOTOOL also has the ability to modify and upgrade existing control systems and utilize various PLC platforms.
Hardware Design
Electrical control systems are designed to customer specifications and applicable safety standards. All designs are customer approved prior to manufacturing. Safety, cycle time, maintenance, ease and efficiency of operation are always implemented into every system. Future expansion and increased production volume are also considered during design.
